A glimmering glimpse into a forgotten world, this is a tale of love and loss. Stoked by raging fires of emotion and eyes of pure obsession, a scientific baker that once sort to regain the perfect bride in hopes to paint out the lifeless shadows lurking within his broken heart.

“Demons that lie beneath the flesh always find a way to surface in the end...”

 Vanishing without a trace his monsters of beauty now left abandoned in a forgotten castle forever awaiting his clouded return. Frozen within a moment of aging time some incomplete, others left drowning in madness. The Sweet smelling whispers of scented smoke still continue to rise from the chimneys while the distant beating of machinery echo through the ghostly walls bleeding through the cracks and crevices.  

 

 

Broken Obsession - A bride of Chocolate desire

“All time stands still when loves spell is broken, obsession becomes the normality...”

The first creation and one of sheer perfection, but as with every new toy, boredom sooner or later creeps in. His mind begins to wonder with visions of young love stoking the flames to once again create a shapeless shadow in hope to fill that space between spaces not giving care to repercussions of what his choices may bring...

 

Realizing she wasn't enough for his love, her broken heart bursts into a colourful cascade of a million fragmented shells and with it the remains of a distant future slip gracefully from her fingers. Sounds of a torn dream weep through the dusty corridors leaving her with nothing but memories and a mind slowly maddening with no purpose. To love and be loved, obsession is all that remains.

What Lies Beneath - Life after Death

 

“Raised from molten depths clawing to life, the first breath is the beginnings to an end”
 

She who walks hand in hand with the creator is a masterpiece in itself. A faceless shape born from tasteful desires of chocolate cannot be rushed but indulged to perfection. With each carving stroke she shall become the eye of beauty.

 

But with every opened flower each bares its own dangers. As an empty vessel frailly balanced on scales easily tipped to persuasion, without the right guidance a weak mind can soon fill with darkened thoughts...

 

 

Love is Bliss - Sugar and Spice, made with all things nice

“Love is bliss when heads layup upon the clouds and bubbles continue to rise.”

Pretty and pink, a designing delight. The sweetest wisps of floss lighter than air and a mind as fizzy as Sherbet. Locked away in the room where cotton wool mists drift upon the floor preserving her purity and so much more. Forever awaiting his return unaware to horrors that may lurk beyond the door.

 

A Cloudless Fall - Love's spell is undone

“Spinning spirals of turning stairs open eyes to a life lived unprepared”

Curiosity is the key released from a prison that once filled the world, a glass now emptied with despair. Wondering through corridors of colourless stone, it’s cold to the touch and harder than bone. The floor beneath feet curls into a spiral of darkened unknown with a sudden uplifted push she falls all the way down. In moments of a flashing blur like a cinema reel having reached its end, the mask has been lifted and the clouds are no longer her friend.

“She who resides on a table to one day become whole, loves labours lay forgotten”

To be alive and yet unfinished it is the incomplete endings of a life’s work. Carved from the leftovers of many her rebellious attitude holds the key to a love that could burn brighter than the hottest oven. A self-motivation to dream is all that remains to fight for a destiny outside the boxed in walls.

 

From Out the Fire

“Like a phoenix I shall rise up from the flames and become born again”

The sparks of colour crackle and burn as sweet intoxicating aromas fan out across the room in a flourishing frenzy of tasteful flavours. Glowing embers dance in the air welcoming a burst of heat from out the fireplace as the flames give birth to a tantalizing spectacle. She is done.
