Petals in Peterborough, a Fashion Show for Charity

Friday 13th - What Luck!

Emerging from our rain covered car we entered into a fashion arena sumptuously decorated with balloons, floral bouquets and a catwalk adorned with roses and petals.

Mystic Magic for the first time journeyed up to Peterborough upon the welcoming invitation of designer Lucy James from 'Follow Your Heart' to showcase some of our mask and head wear designs for a high profile charity fashion event.

A show of two halves consisting of established designers, college graduates and a few local retailers with sound perfect backing vocals provided by an extremely polished duo that appeared to have escaped the X Factor!

Assigned Mystic Magic models strutted their stuff to the rhythm of Gwen Stefani's 'What Your Waiting For?' towards the end of the second half with a selection of head wear and a few mask designs fitting the fairy tale theme of the evening.

As being the sole couture head wear specialist on show, the audience (which had a sprinkling of local Fashionista along the front rows) seemed to enjoy the change of scenery and applauded energetically.

All in all a great night for fashion, Mystic Magic and most importantly for the chosen charity of Muscular Dystrophy which raised more than a thousand pounds! throughout the event.

BIG thank you to organisers Lucy and Charlotte for giving us this awesome opportunity!
